Pu starts smoking and becomes friends with Ngoh. Duean comes up with a way to help support her family and help pay for her father’s medical bills. At Pam’s house, her father chastises her mother for her gambling problem while Ngoh’s father lashes out at her mother. Pu grows more and more distant with her family and develops a little crush.
